Bernhard Gamper is co-founder of adventics GmbH. Previously, he was Head of Operation for the exhibition segment at SKIDATA. He is an acknowledged expert on the IT architecture at exhibition companies, has carried out numerous projects in the area of registration, ticketing and access control and is the technical mastermind behind Scan2Lead.

Tony Spiloes is the adventics Region Manager Benelux since 2012. He has more than 20 years of experience as an exhibition manager and various positions on Director level. Most recently he was responsible worldwide
as Manager Inhouse Consulting for the optimization of business processes and information systems architecture in the Artexis Group and easyFairs.

Ulrich Besch

Senior Consultant

Ulrich Besch has a university degree in business administration and has extensive experience in senior positions of a world leading exhibition organizer. Previously, he was responsible for the design and implementation
of IT systems as a project manager. He built and led an international IT Service Center. He is winner of the ICT Committee of the World Fair Association Ufi for the best customer management (CRM) project in the year of 2010.

Dennis Schmitz

Dennis Schmitz

Senior Consultant

Dennis Schmitz manages consulting projects for adventics as a Senior Consultant since October 2019. In prior to this, he worked as CRM consultant for a service supplier specialising in trade fair organisation and for an internationally operating trade fair organizer as Project Manager. In this position he was in charge of the internal CRM as a data analyst as well as for the digitization of processes. He focused on optimizing exhibitor processes, registering and evaluating visitor data and supporting technical hall and site planning.

Senior Account Manager

Ana Melciu works for adventics as a Senior Account Manager since 2019. Previously, she worked for an online-shop and several years for a renowed exhibition organizer where she was in charge for customer service. Her focus lay in the optimisation and strategic development of this area by identifying and implementing innovative and technical solutions. Furthermore, she was responsible for securing a premium quality in the interaction with customers.

Dilara Handtmann

Account Manager

Dilara is working as a Account Manager for our international clients. This for our Scan2Lead product portfolio and for consulting clients helping them with EventTech platforms.
Before adventics Dilara worked several years with Messe München. She worked there in several digitalization projects.

Office Manager

Jannes Heinrich joined the adventics team 2018 as Office Manager. He is in charge of the entire stock of scanner and rental devices for our exhibitor customers. He is responsible for the technical maintenance of the extensive hardware products, for warehouse management as well as for the planning and preparation of the equipment for trade fair use.He takes care about the procurement and is helping our Munich team with their IT.

Andreas Schöndorfer

Support Engineer

Andras Schöndorfer is Support Engineer and as a member of our Scan2Lead Customer Success Team he is helping our permanently growing customer community to make the best of their Scan2Lead scenario. Andreas holds a diploma in computer science and has many years experience as a international IT-Operations specialist. He is also responsible for the planning and administration of our internal IT systems.

Muhammet Tan supports the Scan2Lead Customer Success Team at adventics since 2020. Muhammet Tan has previously worked for over ten years at various well-known companies as a technical team leader in customer support and service. Among other things, he was responsible for the customer service of key accounts. He gained extensive professional expertise in software and hardware research, development and quality assurance.

Ulrike Dietmann works for adventics since 2017. She is an academic management trainer with long-time experience as project manager and consultant in the international event and exhibition industry with focus on visitor and access management. Furthermore, she is a proven expert on technical support, knowledge management, technical documentation as well as application and operations trainings.

Bernhard Millauer

Senior Lead Software Architect

Bernhard Millauer has been working as a software developer in the areas of CRM systems, sports betting, entertainment industry, capital and stock market as well as in the telecommunications industry since 2001. Since March 2018 he reinforces the adventics office in Vienna as a software architect.

Tina Thurner

Junior Software Developer

Tina works at adventics as a Junior Software Developer.
Tina is currently doing an IT education and was able to gain experience in content management during her first practical training. Previously she worked in the CMS area.
Tina has good IT skills and has already passed her exam to become a web developer.
